Cancellation/Weather policy

If there is extreme weather predicted, families will be notified via email the evening prior to the affected day. Families will also be informed upon pick up the day prior to the affected day if possible.

In the event of THUNDER and/or LIGHTNING while players are at Academy, we will move all campers indoors until weather conditions improve, and it is deemed safe to resume on-field activities.   If conditions do not improve, families will be informed via email that they can be safely picked up by parents or guardians.

Refund Policy

Full refunds will be granted if requested by email 2 weeks prior to registered week.  No refunds will be granted if requested within 2 weeks or registered week.  There’s no refund if a player withdraws due to medical reasons after the deadline set out above. Refund requests must be sent via email to
