NTSC CLIPPERS                                                               SAN LORENZO SOCCER CLUB, MEXICO CITY

Dear NTSC Coaches, Parents, and Players:

This year we will once again be running the NTSC Uniform Buddies Used Uniform Donation Program. We invite you and your team to participate and do something great for other kids—locally and around the world-- and for the environment by joining.

Since we started with this project in 2008, we have collected more than 100 NTSC uniform sets  which have been delivered to different soccer academies all over the world, including Colombia, Mexico, South Africa, Belize, Philippines, Indonesia among others.

Objectives of the Used Uniform Donation Program

1) Help children from disadvantaged communities by providing them with soccer uniforms.

2) Help our own children develop a sense of social responsibility for sharing with disadvantaged children in less fortunate communities around the world

3) Increase our children’s awareness of the National and International character of soccer and how the love for the game extends to every part of our country and the world. It is something many of us have in common.  4) Reduce the economic and environmental wastefulness of purchasing uniforms that are used only for a few months.

It’s EASY to participate, Here’s how:

1)   Talk to your players and their parents; explain the goals and benefits of participating in this program.

2)   Ideally we would like to have FULL sets (jerseys, shorts and socks) for the MAJORITY of your team, although participation is completely optional and voluntary.

3)   Confirm your team participation by sending an e-mail to Jaime Aronowitz (Volunteer Soccer Coach) to: jaimearo@gmail.com

4)   By the end of the season, we will get in touch with you regarding collection/drop-off of the uniforms.

5)   Uniforms should be delivered cleaned and folded

We also need your help for:

1- Deliver the uniforms to soccer organizations in different countries.

     Are YOU travelling?

Can YOU take uniforms to a soccer organization abroad?

We have lots of contacts who want uniforms. We will NEED people to deliver them.

2- Finding new organizations nationally or internationally who would like sets of uniforms.

3- Take an active role in the “uniform Buddies” program. We need help. Please contact us if you would like to become involved with ‘Uniform Buddies’

Thank you in advance for your cooperation and participation.

Dear NTSC Coaches, Parents, and Players:

Since 2008, we have brought big smiles to children and teens’ faces all over the world by providing them with used uniforms from our league. Our mission is to provide uniforms for children and teens and give them the opportunity to express themselves through soccer. We believe that sport in general and soccer in particular, is a healthy and positive way to keep kids active, healthy and positively encouraged. “When children play, the world wins” (Right To Play)

This year we will once again be collecting used uniforms at the end of the soccer season. We encourage you and your team to participate and make a positive impact in many children’s lives locally and around the world.
