2014 Annual General Meeting

 

The 2014 Annual General Meeting of the North Toronto Soccer Club was held on Monday, November 24th at North Toronto Memorial Community Centre.  

 

• Minutes of the November 25, 2013 AGM were approved.
• Audited financial statements as at September 30, 2014 were presented.
• Grant Thornton were appointment of auditors for the year ending September 30, 2015.
• Constitutional amendments were presented and approved.
• Elections here held for three positions on the Board of Directors; the following were elected:

 

Peter Ellement

Mike Ruthard

Reg Watson (re-elected)

• Two retiring Directors were thanked for their service:

Peter-Paul Bloemen

Peter Cockett

• At the Annual General Meeting on November 24, 2-14, five long-time volunteers were presented with the Award for Lifetime Achievement and inducted into the NTSC Hall of Fame (additional photos):
