2016 Annual General Meeting
The Annual General Meeting of the North Toronto Soccer Club was held on Monday, November 28, 2016 at the North Toronto Memorial Community Centre.
- Minutes of the November 23, 2015 Annual General Meeting were approved.
- Audited financial statements for the year ended September 30, 2016 were presented.
- Grant Thornton LLP were appointed auditors for the period ending September 30, 2017.
- 2 members of the Board of Directors were elected, each for a 3-year term,

- Carita Sheehy, a retiring Board member was thanked for her outstanding contributions to the club during 6 years as a member of the Board of Directors, and 8 years as a member of the Competitive Committee.
